Studio Policies

CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS:

  • Student projects will be available for pick up at 1pm, next time we are open.

  • Corradetti Glass Studio (CGS) does not give refunds but can reschedule if you notify us at least one week before the event. All events are ticketed and therefore we have likely turned others away to accommodate all students.

  • Workshops and classes are not eligible for rescheduling more than three months after the original date. (eg. you have a workshop in one week and can’t make it, let us know and we will reschedule you for a date within the next three months - Summer excluded).

  • If you can’t make the class, you may send someone else in your place as long as you notify us prior to the event.

  • Student projects will be held at the studio for 2 months, after that period, work may be discarded. For commissions, we allow a longer holding period but ask that you please pick up your commission as soon as possible. See below for more information regarding commissioned work.

COMMISSIONS:

  • Corradetti Glass Studio (CGS) will only commit to projects that we are confident in completing.

  • CGS requires a deposit of 50% up front and either 50% upon completion, or two more payments of 25% each, if the project calls for it.

  • The client understands the risk of any glass item being repaired possibly breaking further mid-repair.

  • CGS shall not be held liable for any damages incurred during repair projects.

  • Size and shape may vary slightly for bulk orders.

  • After agreeing on a project and due date, CGS will send the client an invoice to collect payment and begin work when agreed upon.

  • As per normal gallery protocol, commission deposits and other payments are non-refundable.

  • CGS agrees to hold any commissioned work for up to, and not exceeding, 6 months. After this period, commissioned work may be discarded without warning.

  • CGS will reach out either via phone call or email when work is completed and ready for pickup.
