(This information tells us how to customize your invoice) Deposit Full amount Guest count * Over 95 people guest count: $500 extra The following is a list of terms regarding engaging Corradetti Glass Studio (CGS) for private events. * ● Once availability is confirmed, a signed contract with a $2,000 deposit check / credit card payment is required to reserve your event date. Credit card payments will have an added processing fee of 3.99% while cash or check will not. All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. Your remaining balance must be received 6 weeks prior to your event date. ● Evening timeframes available until 11pm, daytime until 3pm. ● Caterer & DJ must be approved by CGS. Caterer must set up, serve & pack up all alcohol. ● Caterer must handle ordering & timed deliveries for all rental items (tables, chairs, linens, dishes, etc.). ● Vendors are given 3 hours before and 1 hour after for set up / clean up. The space will be open for you and guests at the event start time you list above; invitations should NOT be for earlier. Caterers use all floorspace while setting up; therefore, no inside photo-shoots or early guests can be accommodated before the event time you’ve booked. Ceremonies should be timed for at least 20 minutes after your event start time to allow guests to arrive. Additional hours at $550 for photo-shoot, ceremony, or longer party may be included at contract signing or contact CGS at least 2 months before your date (subject to availability). ● Rehearsals for ceremonies are $550/hr. You may book a rehearsal date now or later (exact time will be scheduled 2 months in advance based on availability). No food or drink service during rehearsal hour. ● Vendors hired shall agree to return studio back to its original state and cleanliness as per CGS facility manager on premises. DJ equipment, photographs, flowers, alcohol must be delivered and removed during vendor timeframes above. ● CGS is a non-smoking establishment. Designated smoking area is outside across the street. ● CGS facility manager will monitor all music volume to adhere to Baltimore and Clipper Mill noise ordinances. ● Venue space is solely indoors, no food or beverages are to be sold, consumed, or brought outside. No outside areas available for entertaining, except for photography. ● The following decorations are strictly prohibited within facility and grounds: water displays, ice sculptures, fog machines, tinsel, confetti, bubbles, glitter, hay, stickers, sparklers, silly string. Nothing may be attached to our walls, ceilings, or floors. ● Event host is required to obtain event liability insurance for $1,000,000, we recommend K&K insurance. CGS must be named as additional insured and emailed certificate at least 1 month ahead. Event host’s insurance acts as primary coverage for all incidents or damages involving guests and host. CGS shall not be held liable for any incident. CGS assumes no liability for vendors including caterer, valet, DJ, photographer, etc. ● CGS reserves the right to cancel this contract without refund if event is misrepresented by host. In case of circumstances beyond CGS control (government pandemic restrictions, natural disaster, weather with MD state of emergency, loss of utilities, non-renewal of lease, or other occurrences), CGS will decide to reschedule, lower the guest capacity, or cancel event and shall not be liable for any other host expenses incurred.
