Artisan Collection

This is a collection of hand painted glass vessels by Anthony Corradetti. Corradetti started production of these painted vessels in the early 1980s and has since created his own style of contemporary blown glass. Note the playful colors dancing among often deep brushstrokes. Some pieces adorned with soft cellular blobs, while others a sharp patchwork. These elements are what make a Corradetti piece stand out. Pieces from Anthony’s Artisan Collection may be found globally in various private and public art collections, as well as several coffeetable-style books, including:

Contemporary Glass by Susanne K. Frantz (1989)

The White House Collection of American Crafts: Curated by Hillary Rodham Clinton by Michael Monroe (1995)

Beautiful Things: Original Art From the Artists of Guild.com by The Guild (2000)

Contemporary Glass: Color, Light & Form by Ray Leier, Jan Peters & Kevin Wallace (2001)
