With ceilings over 20 feet high, exposed brick walls, bamboo hardwood flooring, and large windows overlooking a modern pool fashioned after a Roman bath, the space offers contemporary design infused with old world charm. Clipper Mill complex has won numerous architectural awards for its historic renovation, and the glass studio is in the center of it all - a fabulous venue that's sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests. Corradetti Glass Studio rental also includes the gallery level full of vibrant blown glass artwork all made on site.

Corradetti Glass Studio is an ideal venue for an intimate wedding reception, dinner or cocktail party, group glassblowing, or corporate teambuilding event. Exciting glassblowing activities can be customized for your group for additional fee.

An elevated stage at one end of the space accommodates small ceremonies, live band, DJ, and you may also plug your iPod into our sound system included. The built in bar, glass sculptural elements, and hanging party lights shown are permanent fixtures. The glowing glass furnace adds to the charm. Additional decor is not necessary in this rustic, artistic interior.

Space accommodations
Full seated dinner -- seats up to 75 guests
Most common is cocktail style buffet reception, tables & chairs for about half -- holds up to 90 guests
Standing reception with tall cocktail tables, passed food, no chairs -- holds up to 110 guests

The space is an open floorplan. To allow room for a seated ceremony beforehand or dance floor after dinner, talk to your caterer about how they may need to swiftly rearrange seating according to your desired transitions.

Venue rental fee scale
Friday or Saturday -- $2200.
Sunday thru Thursday -- $2000.
June, July, August -- all nights reduced to $1800., no AC but plenty of fans
November 22 thru December 31 - inquire about holiday rate options

Events include 4 hrs for reception, with extra time provided for caterer & vendors. Evening events take place between the hrs of 6-11pm. Inquire about daytime availability. Rate includes our facility manager. All events require purchase of liability insurance waiver. Extra time for rehearsal, photo shoots or party extention is priced at $350./hr. Rate does not include required valet parking fee from Clipper Park valet service (4 hr event is $120.- $220 based on guest count), once you have our venue booked inquire for valet here.
